把葡萄牙外交部档案馆搬回家

    葡萄牙外交部档案馆中藏有一大批清代和民国时期葡国驻广州领事馆的档案，其中有许多涉及中葡两国关系、粤港澳三地关系的珍贵史料，至今尚未公诸于世，与学界缘悭一面。清末和民初广东许多重大事件在这批档案中都或多或少有所体现，历任葡领与广东军政大员的个人风格、粤港澳地区的社会民情等在档案中亦有充分展现，这些文献资料对于研究清末民初粤澳港关系具有重要的史料和收藏价值。

    文献的内容十分丰富，作为葡国外交秘档，有很多是孤本资料，长期以来鲜为华人所知。现经整理后以原生态影印出版，具有很高历史价值、学术价值和收藏价值。

    这批文献形成年代约在1895年至1947年间，内容涉及地域以广东、澳门为主，兼及香港、广西、福建及南亚与东南亚地区。其中葡文（其中间有法文）约占58.6%，英文约占21.3%，中文约占20%，还有少量日文。大部分属于涉外事务的照会、公函或信件等，有处理民事纠纷以及涉及刑事案件的档案文件；还有对于通商、缉私、缉匪、渔业、狩猎、传教、游历及催缴饷银、海事交涉、递解嫌犯的档案文件；也有部分涉及军事方面的档案文件，如抗战时期日军军事部署、将领情况，日军轰炸及登陆地点，抗日宣言通告等。另外还有一些附件性质的杂文件，包括有制度法规、章程文书、募股公告和证件护照、地契样本、户籍管理、邀请函、洋行票据、名片便笺，以及地图、报摘、价目格、税务表、调查表、统计表等。

Move the archives of F-Office of Portugal to home

  There are a lot of archives of Portuguese consulate in Guangzhou from Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, which are conserved in the F-Office of Portugal now. These precious archives revealed the relationships among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, even Sino-Portuguese; however, they are not brought to the academic world as yet. They are relevant to many significant events in Guangdong from Qing Dynasty to Republic of China more or less. These archives have amply represented the style of Portuguese consul and high officer of Guangdong, and the society condition, with has great historical and conserved value for the research of the relationship among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao in Late Qing Dynasty and Early Republic of China.

  The materials are rich in content. For they are secret diplomatic archives, and mainly only existing copies, the materials barely get any attention in China for a long time. Consequently, the whole literature is photocopied as the original edition with very high historical and conserved value.

  The recording time of the archives is from 1895 to 1947. The content is mostly about Guangdong and Macao, and it also concerns something about HongKong, Guangxi, Fujian, South Asian and Southeast Asian. The languages are distributed as: Portuguese (French is mingled) 58.6%, English 21.3%, Chinese 20%, and Japanese held a small amount. Most of them are notes and letters with foreign contact, such as file documents of civil and criminal cases, trade, anti-contraband, eliminate banditry, fishery, hunting, missionary work, travel, provision, maritime negotiation, suspect deportation, etc. Some archives concern military aspects during the War of Resistance Against Japan, such as military deployment of Japan, generals’ situation, the bombardment and landing location of Japanese army, manifesto of anti-Japanese, and so on. Besides, there are some other documents just like adjunct. This includes: rules and regulations, constitution, IPO announcements, passports and identifications, the copies of deed, household registration system, invitations, notes of foreign firms, cards and notepapers, maps, newspaper clippings, price lists, tax lists, questionnaires, statistical tables, etc.
